About the CAERP
The mission of the California Association of Equal Rights Professionals (CAERP) is to promote diversity, inclusion and affirmative actions to further equal rights and access to opportunity in the areas of employment, education and contracting; and to establish ethical standards in the field by providing education, advocacy, and leadership.
